loan programs for commercial real estate loans. Commercial
properties include: office, industrial, mini-storage, retail, hotels
and healthcare facility. As a direct correspondent Lender to several
lending institutions, our clients benefit by receiving direct
pricing from each capital source. Loan amounts start from $250,000
to $100,000,000.

PROGRAM
This loan
program allows an non US citizen to qualify for a mortgage home loan in the
United States. The requirements for this type
of loan may be as

This loan program allows you
to finance up to 95% of an investment program without the need for

This loan
carries a fixed rate and payment for 15, 30 or 40 years

Mortgage (ARM)
This loan
offers a super-low introductory rate and payment. The interest rate
adjusts monthly, but the payments are based on the introductory rate
for the first year.

Year Balloon
This loan
has a fixed rate and payment for the first 3, 5 or 7 years.
After that, the remaining balance owed is due in the form of a
balloon payment.

This loan
has a fixed rate and payment for the first 3 or years. After that,

This loan
has a fixed rate and payment for the first 2, 3, 5, 7 or
10 years. After that, the rate and payment adjusts every 6
months.

Line of Credit (HELOC 10/10)
This is a
line of credit that is secured as a second mortgage, or in some
cases a first mortgage, on your property.
· Fixed
30/15
This
product is available for second mortgages also referred to as home
equity loans. This loan offers a fixed rate.
· Interest Only
7/6 LIBOR ARM or 10/6 LIBOR
ARM
The loan
has a rate that is based on the LIBOR (London Interbank Offered
Rates) index. It is fixed for the first 7 or 10 years, then converts
to adjustable rate loan, changing every 6 months for the remaining
loan term.
· Interest Only
3/1 Treasury ARM or 5/1 Treasury
ARM
The loan
has a rate that is tied to the monthly average of Treasury
securities index with a constant maturity of one year as published
in The Wall Street Journal. It is fixed for the first 3 or 5 years,
and then converts to adjustable rate loan, changing every 12 months
for remainder of the loan term.
